With two very young children a broken A/C Unit in the middle of the summer is a nightmare. King George (Aris) came out quickly to diagnose the problem, provided details and explanation of what needed to be done and a clear invoice. After that they (Brenda) worked with us to accommodate our needs and set up a time for installation. Daniel and his team arrived on time and were professional and polite. All work was done with masks, gloves, booties and floor coverings. Any issues that came up were clearly explained to us and work was completed correctly and in a timely fashion. We have had no issues since installation and are beyond pleased with the level of service and support in the process. In the past we have tried to find smaller/cheaper service but were disappointed with the knowledge of the installers as well as the service provided. We are so happy we made the switch to King George. We will be using them again and highly recommend their services.

A King George Technician performed annual maintenance of central AC at our home in Warren. I have been a King George customer for over last 12 years. They value customer's time and always arrive on time. Most of the technicians are pleasant talking to and experienced in their craft. This time it was no different: The technician arrived on time as promised performed a thorough check of the AC system (also installed by King George and still going strong). Initially after the installation there were some problems with the air handler motor during the warranty period, but every time King George immediately contacted the manufacturer's and solved the problem on the same day. I do not have any problem calling King George because I am sure, it will be addressed to my full satisfaction.
